Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Borehamwood.

You will need to enjoy working with people as will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and ideally have experience of caretaking and cleaning.

You'll be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of our residents and undertaking minor communal repairs.

You'll be required to cover sites based in Borehamwod; so the ability to travel is crucial.
