SDH&C Adult Community Dietetics- - Band 5 or 6

Location: Epsom

Start date- ASAP

End date- 3+ Months

  • Full Time will consider Part Time
  • Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm (Open to negotiation)
  • Face to Face only
  • Community and Social Care

Skills/Experience:

  • Car driver preferred but would consider non driver keen on community role*
  • Foodmap trained dietitian is desirable.
  • Covering a varied caseload of adult patient required dietetics intervention in own homes, care homes, community hospital and outpatient clinic settings across Surrey Downs Area
