Our client, based in Banbury, is well known in specialising in confidential information and are dedicated to assisting people in need. Due to expansion within the company, they are now looking for a Community Engagement Manager, on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday-Friday to join their team.  The ideal candidate would have former experience in project management, managing people and have a real passion engaging and supporting the local communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that can offer career development and acquire valuable skills through their training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day community help and information points, through face-to-face interactions or virtually.
  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Identify new locations and plan the logistics/resources required.
  • Plan and manage campaigns.
  • Identify new clients/customers who would benefit from the services the team provides.
  • Maintain a digital toolkit for staff, to use to support clients/customers.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in project management and managing people.
  • Previous experience in a client focused sector.
  • Proficient knowledge with Social Media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Committed team player.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Be friendly and approachable.
Additional Information:
  • Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week (fully flexible hours/working days).
  • Remote/Field based.
  • 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
  • Travel expenses reimbursed.
