Community Fundraiser
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Community Fundraiser with excellent communication skills and experience of developing strong relationships whilst working towards the achievement of targets.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: South Oxfordshire
Hours:37.5 hours per week
As the Community Fundraiser, you will be responsible for:

To plan for and deliver income and manage the growth of fundraising income to target, and in line with the Fundraising Strategy.

Responsible for a variety of income streams with a strong focus on recruiting community relationships and developing new Major Donor relationships to grow our high value supporter base
The successful Community Fundraiser will have the following related skills / experience:

Previous fundraising work experience or relevant

A track record of achieving fundraising growth and delivering income
- Willingness to attend out of hours campaign
- Confident public speaker
- Demonstrable passion for supporter development and donor care
- Driving licence
