Location: Oxford

Banding: This is a band 6 position

Start date: ASAP-Ongoing

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs/week

Job description:

To work independently as part of an interdisciplinary team to diagnose, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care/interventions, contributing to the continuous assessment of patients.
To function effectively across a variety of environments.

Essential:

To evidence appropriate experience and a high level of knowledge about working within community mental health care with working age adults.
To evidence of understanding and experience of risk management both clinically and operationally
