Start date: ASAP-Ongoing

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:

The post holder will work within the providing a high-quality service across all areas of the Adult Mental Health Service.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
To work within your professional scope of practice
Diagnose, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care/interventions, contributing to the continuous assessment of patients.
