We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young lady with an acquired brain injury. This role is based in Chester and requires a compassionate individual who has experience in similar roles. The successful candidate must be a driver and have at least 6 months of experience working in the UK.

• Accompany the service user to day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and providing support as needed.
• Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence wherever possible.
• Monitor the health and well-being of the service user, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate social and recreational outings, enhancing the quality of life for the service user.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.

• Must be a licensed driver.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK in a similar role.
• Proven experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to the varying needs of the service user.
