Company Accountant & PA to MD

This is an opportunity to join a successful commercial property business in Hull where you will gain broad exposure across a number of duties including finance, operations and sales.

The role will suit a dynamic and motivated individual who is keen to gain hands on exposure across all areas of a business.

Perhaps you are a practice trained accountant looking for a broad and involved role or have fulfilled a similar role within another business. We would also be open to considering a graduate with the ambition to undertake the role.

Finance duties

• sales and purchase ledger management
• weekly pay run management
• working with existing ops team to set up accounting processes
• credit control
• daily bank reconciliation
• reporting to directors with weekly and monthly financial statements

Operational duties

• Conducting rent reviews and leading on negotiations with tenants
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation - responsible for insurance policies
• Arranging quotes for capital expenditure
• Ad hoc duties to support the directors with business activities

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (Dependant on background and experience)
