Company Accountant

Your new company
A growing owner managed business are seeking a Company Accountant to support the Managing Director in commercial decision making whilst maintaining the company's day to day finances.

Your new role
This is a hands on varied role requiring the successful candidate to take full control of all accounting processes coupled with being involved in process improvement and future projects as the business continues to grow. Duties will involve but not be limited to:

• Production of monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheet processes
• Accruals & prepayments
• Manage budget and weekly cashflow forecasts
• Management of the debtors and creditors ledger
• Purchase & Sales Ledger
• VAT
• Bank reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and SME environment. You will have excellent analytical skills, capable of managing your own time and deadlines effectively and be comfortable presenting financial information to the MD.
