COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, £57,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:6323

• Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm.
• You will be able to demonstrate understanding of the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents.
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of company commercial law including buying and selling businesses.
• The firm genuinely is a well respected and well liked law firm with a great reputation in the local market.
