Be the Mastermind Behind the Scenes: Company Corporate Affairs & Secretarial Administrator

Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Our client is searching for a Company Corporate Affairs & Secretarial Administrator to join their wonderful team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients' companies comply with regulations and operate efficiently. You'll work closely with directors, managers, and colleagues across the firm to provide seamless service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining meticulous client records using the Diligent database (all company types included).
  • Keeping track of filing deadlines and keeping managers informed.
  • Handling company formations, dormant account filings, and annual charity account submissions.
  • Facilitating share transfers, office relocations, and date changes.
  • Taking care of company dissolutions and filing fees.
  • Managing dividend paperwork and ensuring timely annual confirmation statements.
  • Liaising with clients for information and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
  • Corresponding with Companies House and keeping relevant parties informed.
  • Making simple amendments to company documents and collaborating with solicitors for complex matters.
  • Handling various administrative tasks within the Commercial Department.
