Our client, a Top 50 Accountancy practice based in London is seeking to bring on board a Company Secretarial Manager to manage its team. As a firm, it operates across a range of sectors and work with SMEs, Charities and high net worth individuals. 

In this Company Secretarial Senior Manager role, you'll be working closely with Corporate Tax, Finance and Audit, and you will be taking on a range of duties.

Key Responsibilities:

The role is diverse and involves -

  • Managing the Company Secretarial Department
  • Establishing standards and policies
  • Overseeing the department budget and Client fees
  • Handling a portfolio of Clients for compliance and transactions
  • Offering advice to other firm departments and team members
  • Providing training
  • Performing additional ad hoc duties as required

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will be CGI qualified and have wide ranging experience, will demonstrate a solid understanding of UK Corporate Law and regulatory requirements, including drafting and Corporate record keeping. In addition, they will have an appreciation of upcoming Corporate transparency and register reform. 

Diligent Entities experience would be a distinct advantage.
