We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual with experience in Company Secretarial duties within Property Management. The ideal candidate will excel under pressure, possess strong self-management skills, and effectively prioritize tasks. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

You will have the opportunity to work from home, however occasional office attendance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and minute board and AGM meetings.

  • Adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in budget preparation and service charge collection

  • Keep updated on property laws and advise the board accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience of co-ordinating and managing Annual General Meetings

  • Knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and its application to carrying out Company Secretarial duties for RMCs and RTM Cos

  • Specific knowledge and familiarity with Resident Management Companies (RMC), Right to Manage Companies (RTM Co) and leaseholder owned companies

  • Specific experience of working within the Property Management sector

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally up to 5 years’ experience, of carrying out Company Secretarial duties in the Property Management sector

  • Familiarity with Statutory Company filings at Companies House including, for example, the appointment and resignation of directors, confirmation statements and the upkeep of statutory registers of members.

Hours:

3 days per week - 22.5 hrs
