Compartmentation Surveyor

Job Title: Compartmentation Surveyor / Inspector
Location: Birmingham
Daily Rate: Competitive

Duration: 2-3 Weeks

This leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country is looking to recruit a team of Compartmentation Surveyors for a newly awarded nationwide Contract.

You will be part of a team carrying out Compartmentation surveys within the Education sector so a DBS is required.

Responsibilities:

• Complete visual inspections and surveys to ensure compliance standards
• Produce reports and offer advice and recommendations to clients
• Have a good understanding of Passive Fire
• Be able to identify that the specification is correct for the door's rating
• Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation

Experience / Qualifications

• Fire Stopping experience (Installation, Supervising, Surveying)
• Recognised Passive Fire Qualification
• DBS
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• IT literate, able to use microsoft suite and Tablet/PDA's.
