Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Alexander Lloyd are exclusively supporting a Global Telecommunications organisation on the recruitment of a Senior Compensation and Benefits specialist.

• Role - Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Location - London
• Hybrid - 4 days office 1 from Home
• Salary - Up to £110,000 per annum +20% Bonus

This role is primarily based around performance management and the implementation of a Performance Management system with variable pay elements internationally. You will also be responsible for the role out across the UK and Europe.

This will be set up from scratch and will allow a lot of autonomy and freedom to develop. Once started there will also be the option of bringing in Reward analysts to support the development and role out.

You will have/need :-

• Extensive experience within the compensation and benefits space
• Expert in performance management
• Experience implementing PM system
• International experience
• Excellent Stakeholder Management
• Flexible approach
