The Role (shall include but not be limited to)

Compensation

  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review
  • Regulatory Remuneration reporting
  • Manage the annual staff budget process
  • Conduct benchmarking
  • Work with an HRIS to prepare workforce planning data

Payroll

  • Own the payroll process for the US, France, Germany and Luxembourg
  • Assist with Tax implications of the globally mobile
  • Own the payroll audit

The Candidate

  • At least 5 years experience in a Reward role managing annual compensation cycles in the Uk
  • At least 5 years' experience of payroll with at least 3 years' experience managing an annual payroll process in a fast paced UK based Financial Services environment, ideally Buy Side.
  • Experience generating detailed reports
  • Strong IT including advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Carried Interest schemes will be a huge advantage

This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

There can be no sponsorship for this role so candidates must have right to work in the UK.

Contractual hours are 0830 - 1730 but it's Financial Services which has busier times and less busy times.
