Looking for a temporary role over the summer? We are working with a fantastic organisation who are seeking to appoint a Complaints Administrator for a 2-3 month temp booking. Working in this busy team in a fully office based role, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be able t commit to this busy role. Dealing with all administration actions related to customer queries and complaints, the successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills- written and verbal skills must be outstanding along with excellent time management skills. The day to day will be varied but tasks will include:

  • Managing the flow of work from a busy in-box
  • Investigate all queries
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer issues
  • Logging and reporting on all issues

This, fully based office role, is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with excellent administration skills who can commit to this role over the summer, the successful candidate will have;

  • 12 months administration experience
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
