Complaints Investigation Officer required for our established client. Yearly salary will be £27,000, working 37 hours a week.

This is a temporary position, with the view to become permanent in April 2025.

Duties:

  • Log complaints
  • Maintain communication with residents to keep them updated
  • Investigate complaints; involving staff, managers and directors where appropriate
  • Respond to complaints in line, and to set timescales in accordance with company procedures and the Housing Ombudsman
  • Send customers well written, comprehensive responses to their complaints

Benefits:

Experience required:

  • Previous complaints and investigation experience (2 years minimum)
  • Housing experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
