Are you immediately available? A dynamic, driven individual that is used to managing a small team of people and offer support via performance management? Looking for a role that offers work/life flexibility and a hybrid working pattern?

We are looking for a Complaints Manager to start with our client immediately for a 3 Month FTC. You will support the current team with their performance, perform 1-1's, ensure KPI's are met and support where necessary. You will ensure that all complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and in accordance with client's policies, aiming to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

You

  • Experience in managing complaints
  • Transferable skills from general awareness and experience of customer resolution.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Effectiveness using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
