Description:
Provide personalized care to clients with complex medical conditions, assist with daily activities such as bathing and dressing, administer medication, and manage medical equipment. Monitor client health, document changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals on care plans. Offer emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3), experience in complex care, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of complex medical conditions and proficiency in medication administration and medical equipment use
