Male or female support worker to work with a 24 year old female with a brain injury, has got epilepsy and is on buccal rescue medication. The support worker needs to be a driver, experienced in Brain Injury and epilepsy, ideally would know how to use rescue meds.
Shifts are Wed, Thu and Fri 07:30 - 18:00.
To assist client to access the community, shopping, admin tasks, household duties. To work with wider MDT. There will be also a staff debit card to cover lunch and other expenses if they are out and about. To start ASAP in the next 2 weeks.
To apply for this role:
- You must have experience in Complex care
- Hold a valid UK drivers licence and your own vehicle
- Buccal, Epilepsy and Medication trained
- DBS registered on the update service
