What Will You Be Doing?
As a Complex Home Carer, you’ll be providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs. This includes:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Supporting mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Administering medication and keeping accurate records
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and building meaningful relationships
- Helping with light housework such as meal prep and shopping
