What You’ll Be Doing
As a Complex Support Worker, you’ll be working with individuals who have a range of complex needs. Your role will include:
- Supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Difficulties
- Providing clinical interventions like PEG feeds, Tracheostomy care, and Clinical suction
- Offering Positive Behaviour Support
- Assisting with Mental Health and Personal Care
- Encouraging Social Interaction and Educational Enrichment
No Experience? No Problem!

What We’re Looking For:
- You must be 18 or over
- An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory professional or character references will be needed
