A fantastic national practice is looking to recruit a confident, talented Personal Injury Litigator (Fee-Earner/Paralegal or Solicitor) to work within its Complex RTA unit. Working with a team of experienced Fee-Earners in a close-knit environment, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated and specialist team.

The practice is highly regarded for its specialist Personal Injury and Insurance offering and prides itself on providing the highest level of service to its Insurer Clients.

You'll take responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated Complex RTA claims, which you'll handle from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will possess Complex RTA experience, (previous LVI or Fraud experience would be ideal) however, if you have a strong background in Litigation and are looking to progress to dealing with a more technical caseload, you are also encouraged to apply.

You should have a good working knowledge of relevant case Law, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met. You'll be working out of its modern offices and be supported by the wider team and heads of department to allow you to continue to progress and develop your skills and career.

On offer is a competitive market leading salary (guideline up to £38k) along with a bonus system and full company benefits - including above the average hybrid working!

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, and you are interested in this Complex RTA Litigation Executive role and want to find out more, apply online now or please contact Carl Ryan at G2 Legal for immediate consideration today!
