At Alcedo Care we are looking for an experienced Complex Team Lead to be a part of a fantastic Team in St Asaph.
You will be working 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00-23:00 with alternative weekends, hours to split between office hours and on-site cover dependant on the needs of the business. On call duty to be shared with office team on a rota
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to become a key member of our client’s Care and support in St Asaph.
As our Complex Team Lead you role you are responsible for carrying out assessments on potential new clients, identifying the type of care needed and how many hours the package will be. They then work on preparing and adapting care plans for the people we will be supporting, as well as reviewing and improving existing care plans.
Other duties will include but not limited to,
- Day to Day Supervision of staff.
- Staff training and competencies.
- Staff Rota ensuring the correct skill mix per shift.
- Monthly Team meetings.
- Care note Audits.
- Incident reports.
- MDT meetings.
- Medication reviews.
- Organise and coordinate appointments
What do you need for this role.
- background in providing care and will have had some experience of undertaking care assessments.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communicator and have good organisation skills as well as a compassionate and caring nature.
