We are seeking an enthusiastic Compliance Administrator to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

The role:Support Care UK homes with guidance regarding Right to Work, DBS, NMC registration and recruitment as well as managing the DBS process for current Care UK staff in line with DBS guidelines. Support the post offer administration process for each sponsored candidate offered a role with Care UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create contracts of employment ensuring 100% accuracy for sponsored colleagues
  • To apply and obtain satisfactory references.
  • Ensure all required documents are held for sponsored colleagues in line with Home Office guidance.
  • To research and keep abreast of all changes to DBS guidelines
  • Support the homes with any queries regarding Right to Work and Care UK recruitment policy.
  • Audit homes recruitment and feedback on findings.
  • Ensure all colleagues working on visas have renewal visa in place.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working within a post offer role within an agency or in house recruitment team.
  • Understanding of Right to Work in the UK and DBS processing.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
