Compliance Analyst at a well established Insurance firm
City of London
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting business integrity?

My client is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join their Risk Management & Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on regulatory compliance while balancing commercial interests and client needs.
  • Identify and respond to regulatory changes.
  • Implement and monitor legal and regulatory developments.
  • Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Deliver compliance training and oversee file processes.
  • Assist in managing the Senior Managers & Certification Regime Framework and the risk register.
  • Produce internal and external compliance reports.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in insurance / Lloyds broking market.
  • Understanding of the insurance market.
  • Good working knowledge of the FCA handbook.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective policies.
