Compliance Analyst

Your new company
A reputable international bank is looking for a Compliance expert to support their Head of Compliance with Compliance monitoring in their London Branch.
Your new role
This is a purely Regulatory Compliance role, which will involve;

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including those raised through internal reporting mechanisms.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the bank's operations.
• Collaborate with senior management and departments across the bank to ensure a culture of compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive in-house regulatory compliance knowledge, ideally from a banking background (or other regulated financial services firm). This role requires the successful candidate to be on-site 5 days a week to collaborate with the other teams and senior stakeholders on a daily basis. This is not an AML or KYC role, the right candidate would need to have exposure to policies and procedures, frameworks and other regulatory experience within compliance.
