Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/Hybrid | £35 - 45,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst - this is a newly created role due to good company growth where you will be reporting into the Head of Compliance.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with enquiries on TOBAS.
  • Gaining exposure and understanding through minute taking at management meetings.
  • Supporting collection of conduct data and conduct related reporting.
  • Business timetable monitoring.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 6 months compliance or conduct risk experience.
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in insurance - ideally London insurance market.
  • Experience of TOBAs or conduct risk will be highly preferable.
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
  • Must be proficient with the use of MS tools - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must have a keen interest to grow their career in Compliance.
  • Degree educated or have a CII qualification.
