Position for a Bid Manager who understands Compliance and wants to join a multidisciplinary Construction & Engineering company.

This is ideal for someone who wants a varied role, has an eye for detail and wants to play a key critical role for an established organisation

The company, whilst involved and delivering on construction, also handle manufacturing and even refurbishment projects themselves. They are looking for a long term bid manager who can take on a job which was initially part of someone else's role but has since become a full time newly created position in its own right.

The role involves preparing and managing bids to become part of tenders on a variety of projects including industrial refurbishments, roofing, utilities and construction. This involves conducting PQQ's, ensuring Safe Contractor compliance is priced in and factoring in all costs, resources and contingencies required for Bids. Part of your training is to understand all of the types of projects they do but having Bid experience within construction is key.

*PQQ's, Safe Contractor, Compliance, Bid Preparation and Management

*Mon to Thur 8-5 and Fri 8-4

Candidate Requirements:

*Bid Management experience

*Construction industry experience

*Experience of PQQ's, Safe Contractor regs
