Compliance Business Partner | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £70 - 80,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's insurance broker in their search for a Compliance Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join on an advisory capacity with a view to become a Financial Crime SME.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance you will be leading with the development of a financial crime prevention framework alongside BAU activities and acting as the coordinator for the financial crime governance committees. Alongside having a focus on financial crime, you will also be providing regulatory advice & guidance, supporting in the creation of policies & procedures, training & reviewing legal documents.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years compliance experience with exposure to financial crime.
  • Must be from an insurance background - preferably insurance broking.
  • Strong understanding of Lloyds and London Insurance Market and regulatory obligations.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
  • Able to develop and implement compliance programme and policy and manage multiple projects.
  • A good understanding of both broking and underwriting businesses and delegated authorities.

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
