Compliance Coordinator

Location: Leicester

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role within a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business? Our client, based in Leicester, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure their operations meet the highest standards of social, ethical, technical and environmental compliance.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with customers and clients to gather compliance requirements.
  • Implement compliance standards with our in-country teams and suppliers.
  • Conduct pre-audits and assist in audit preparations.
  • Develop and review compliance procedures.
  • Oversee accreditation processes, including booking audits and managing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on country laws and regulations.
  • Manage ethical compliance programs and support investigations into potential issues.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a similar compliance role.
  • Knowledge of factory auditing processes and ethical audit programs.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and environmental programs (GOTS, BCI, Higg Index).
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and pay meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and a full, clean driving license.
