Compliance Manager/Supplier Audit

About the Role:

As the Compliance Manager/Supplier Audit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's operations are in line with industry regulations and compliance standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments of supplier compliance, monitoring compliance processes, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Your keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements will be instrumental in maintaining a strong compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and maintain audit plans and checklists
Analyse audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports, highlighting areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness
Stay abreast of industry regulations and advise management on compliance requirements and best practises
Conduct regular training sessions with staff to promote awareness of compliance regulations
Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations
Conduct internal compliance audits as required
Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory authorities during inspections and audits
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or supplier audits
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in conducting audits and preparing comprehensive reports
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
Professional certification in compliance or audit (e.g., CSCP, CCEP, CIA) is preferred
