Description

  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
  • Educate employees on industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle any violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Regularly review the company's compliance management strategy.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

Profile

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Experience with BRC
