Compliance Manager
Your new company
You will be joining a multi-skilled compliance team working at a London market managing agent.
Your new role
You will play a key role in ensuring a culture of compliance and good governance across a range of business units and companies. As a Compliance Manager, you will provide timely and top-quality compliance advice to business stakeholders and the firm's governing bodies, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. You will also assist with regulatory inspections and information requests, as well as the drafting of annual Compliance Plans and departmental procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need a strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and proven experience as a Managing Agent or general insurer. You will also have well-developed report writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
