Position: Compliance/ Assurance ManagerLocation: Cardiff, Wales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective compliance strategies.
  • Thematic Reviews: Lead and conduct comprehensive thematic reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks within the organisation.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes, particularly focusing on responsible lending cases and arrears cases, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Consumer Duty Compliance: Demonstrate thorough knowledge and application of consumer duty regulations to safeguard our customer's best interests.
  • Financial Services Expertise: Utilise your extensive experience in the financial sector to provide insightful compliance and assurance support.

Desirable Experience:

  • Mortgage Background: While a background in mortgages is a significant advantage, we value diverse financial services experience and encourage candidates from various financial sectors to apply.
