Compliance Manager- Healthcare

Chester

£45,000 - 50,000 basic salary + package inc. healthcare scheme, pension, car parking, 25 days annual leave + additional day off for your birthday.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm/ early finish on Friday.

Harrison Sands have an exciting progression opportunity open for a career-driven compliance professional based with one of our Chester clients who focus on the provision of temporary healthcare solutions, placing nurses in work both into the NHS and private care homes nationally.

This role will manage a team of 3 UK wide compliance staff, working in partnership with the senior leadership team to manage all compliance and vetting processes for staff incoming to the agency, and ensuring that NHS standards, CQC expectations and private client expectations are adhered to and the team are completing the needed checks in a timely and precise manner.

All applicants MUST have a background in a senior-level compliance role within the healthcare sector, this could be within a healthcare recruitment setting, private home, healthcare provider or NHS associated setting.

Experience of working in a clinical role alongside your compliance duties (e.g. as a Registered Manager or having a prior Band 5 clinical nursing background) is preferred but non-essential.

This role is based in Chester, ideally working in the office 5 days per week and offers an amazing career path.
