Compliance Monitoring Officer | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £80 - 100,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their team.

This is an additional hire due to good company growth who will be reporting into the Head of Compliance and have one direct report. You will be working with both the UK & international office to define a robust framework and identify any risks. Along with this, you will be supporting and advising the 1st LOD on compliance findings and working with the 3rd LOD on assurance mapping.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 8 years of compliance monitoring / assurance experience.
  • Must be from an insurance broking background - ideally retail broking.
  • Must have strong regulatory knowledge including the FCA and Lloyd's Minimum Standards.
  • Must have has experience of international operations including the compliance aspects of monitoring overseas offices.
  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.
  • People management experience is desirable

Please note their hybrid working is 2 days in their London office.
