BramahHRare seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer & Clerk to Key Stakehodlers to join our wonderful client. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules as well as providing administrative support to stakeholders. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance procedures, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the company's compliance with regulations and policies - initiate, update and maintain policies on an on-going basis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and develop when needed.
- Work with Senior Stakeholders to ensure awareness of changes in guidance and legislation.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Investigate any compliance breaches or issues and propose corrective actions.

- Prepare agendas for meetings and ensure circulation in advance as well as reviewing minutes

- Administration support for Key Stakeholders as and when required, this can range from recruitment and training support, diary management, complaint management, monitoring report submission,

Experience:
- Proven experience in a compliance role desirable
- Educated to degree level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Line management experience
