Compliance Risk Management Officer £480/day Inside IR35 BELFAST

Compliance Risk Management Officer | Investment Banking | Up to £480/day Inside IR35 | Contract | BELFAST | 12 Months | HYBRID 3 office days per week

In this role you will participate in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for the ICRM team.

You will demonstrate your knowledge in area of focus, including but not limited to compliance risk reporting, analysis and interpretation of compliance risk metrics and MI, compliance risk appetite assessment, interpretation of regulatory change, third party management compliance risk management, personal trading and outside activities.

Your key skills and experiences will include:

• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and relevant laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
• Strong understanding of key regulatory priorities and developments impacting UK financial services firms
• Ability to interpret and assess policy and regulatory changes for impact.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
