Are you a compliance professional with a strong understanding of KYC and CDD? Are you able to work in central Bristol 2 days a week? Do you have team leading or supervisory experience? If the answer is yes to all these questions then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading law firm in their growing compliance function operating as Compliance Team Leader. Overseeing 4 compliance analysts this role requires strong communication skills able to liaise with people at all levels within the firm on order to gather information but also to ensure that the workload of the team is completed on time and against the appropriate internal deadlines. You'll be someone who has really good organisational skills able to prioritise workloads of not just yourself but your team, you'll be highly experienced in KYC and CDD and be able to interpret AML regulations to ensure compliance and implement change when necessary. This really is a great role for someone looking for a sideways or promotional move working for a first class award winning employer.
