Job Title: Composite Trimmer

Are you a skilled Composite Trimmer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Composite Trimmer based in Nuneaton. Working alongside their experienced and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the department and ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools.
• Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures.
• Drilling, tapping, and fitting inserts to holes.
• Finishing of components prior to inspection.
• Follow work instructions and procedures.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances. Experience using hand and air tools is essential, and you should also possess the ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings. As a member of their team, you will have the autonomy to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

The ability to listen and follow instructions is a must, as is the capability to reach set targets within the given time. Previous experience in trimming composite components, including carbon and/or GRP, is highly desirable.

Monday to Thursday (07:30 - 16:00) and Fridays (07:30 - 12:30pm).
