Temporary Concierge

Are you a customer service superstar with a flexible schedule? We’re seeking a Temporary Concierge to cover around 6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and residents with a friendly smile.
  • Handle inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Keep the lobby area tidy and inviting.
  • Monitor security and access control.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Provide local information and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
