Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with luxury 5 Star hotel, located in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join their team.

What's involved?

As Concierge your duties will include but not limited to:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Provide information and assistance to guests on local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other concierge services as requested by guests
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, shows, and activities
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Keep the lobby area clean, organised, and welcoming for all guests
• Provide personalised service to VIP guests and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements?

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
• 2 years knowledgeable about London and key tourist attractions
• Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Excellent command of the English language
• Extremely well groomed and presented
• Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license and held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 25 years to comply with the hotel insurance policy)
