Day Concierge (Permanent) - East London - £27k

Our management company client seeks a Day Concierge for a permanent role as follows:

  • Permanent day role, working Mon-Fri with a fortnightly 4 hour shift on Saturday Mornings
  • Hours of work are 7am to 2pm OR 1pm to 8pm Monday to Friday with two Saturday morning shifts per month (9.30am to 1pm)
  • Development is a long established site in Bow (East London) with excellent public transport links
  • 10 blocks totalling 220 flats
  • Providing a 5-star customer service to the residents within a busy and diverse environment
  • Be the first point of contact for all residents, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Working closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building and reporting any issues that arise to the Property Manager and team
  • You will be Polite, friendly, and approachable with an Immaculate appearance and positive attitude.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Basic computer skills

Our client is looking to have the successful Day Concierge start late October / early November, so your availability / notice period will need to fit with this timeframe.
