Concrete Repairer/ Post Tensioning Operative

Search is seeking experienced Post Tensioning Operatives to join our dynamic team in Birmingham for a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of various infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform post-tensioning operations on site according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Install, stress, and grout post-tensioning systems in concrete structures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of post-tensioning equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Post Tensioning Operative in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of post-tensioning systems and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent.
