About the Firm
I'm currently working closely with a US law firm who are seeking a Conflicts Research Assistant to join them.
Responsibilities
Conducting thorough and accurate conflicts reports for new business and hires, including:
Extensive corporate research using multiple software tools and the internet.
Liaising with lawyers and secretaries to gather complete information on incoming work.
Crafting search terms, running searches in the Firm's database, and filtering results for relevance.
Compose concise, accurate, and organised research reports for lawyers and other stakeholders promptly.
Assist in maintaining a confidential internal database of client information and related parties.
What do you need?
Strong attention to detail.
Outstanding writing and analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven capability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently both in teams and independently.
Proficient in conducting thorough internet research.
