The Construction Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our clients project teams by ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration and a passion for contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and construction teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Book in works and contractors.
  • Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and other relevant documentation to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Manage and update project databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the financial administration of projects, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
