Job Title: Construction Director
Salary: £70k-£80K, DOE
Locations: Hemel Hempstead, Maidenhead, & Bracknell

Work Environment: Combination of office and on-site work

About the Role: Join a leading property development team known for transforming commercial properties into modern apartments, offices, and student accommodations. This role includes overseeing new build projects as well.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction and logistics for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers.
• Develop and track work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Ensure safety and high standards on-site.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Address contract issues and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal communication for client and team interactions.
