Role: Fully Remote Construction Lawyer
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3-6 Months (with potential for extension)
Day Rate: £350 - £550 per day

CRA Consulting, a leading legal recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join our prestigious client's team. This opportunity allows for a fully remote work arrangement, providing flexibility and convenience for the successful candidate.

Role Overview:
Our client, a renowned legal entity, is experiencing a significant influx of work and requires a skilled Construction Lawyer to assist during this busy period. The role is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on the project's demands and your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert legal advice on construction law matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documentation.
* Handle dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects.
* Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified solicitor/barrister with a strong background in construction law.
